最近真葛で手掛けております、葛飾北斎の富嶽三十六景の「神奈川沖浪裏」のシリーズの引盃です。上絵の一種である交趾と下絵の染付の技術を用い、さらに波の周囲に彫りをして、立体感を強く出しました。
この様な大変手間暇をかけた盃はあまり見かけないとの事で、国内外の方に人気の盃です。
We made sake cup, which original motif is big wave prints work by Hokusai Katsushika. This is very famous Japanese wood print making works in the world.
It is very elaborate work, using overpainting (KOCHI-technic), underpainting , in addition we carved around the waves.So,this sake cup emphasizes three-dimensionality, you must feel a sense of realism.
This is Makuzu new series ,and is becoming popular very much at domestic and international.
